Bắp ngô tách lấy hạt, cà rốt gọt vỏ rồi cắt thành hạt lựu. Trứng vịt muối lấy lòng đỏ, nghiền nát.

Bắp ngô cho ra tô trộn với bột chiên giòn. Đun nóng dầu ăn trong chảo, cho bắp ngô tẩm bột vào dầu, chiên vàng.

Tiếp theo cho trứng vịt muối đã nghiền nát, cà rốt, đậu Hà Lan vào cùng, xào khoảng 5 phút. Nêm hạt nêm, nước mắm, bột ngọt sao cho vừa ăn.
